We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded Trader to join our growing trading team. This role is suited for an ambitious professional with hands on bunker trading experience who wants to build long-term client relationships and grow within a performance driven organization.
You are proactive, detail oriented, and comfortable making decisions under pressure. With strong communication skills and a clear service mindset, you contribute positively to both team performance and client satisfaction.
Your Role
- Conduct daily trading activities, negotiating and executing bunker deals efficiently
- Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Secure short- and long-term contracts in various formats
- Contribute to the growth and market presence of Dynamic Energy Supply
- Uphold the highest standards of quality, reliability, and professionalism
- Support the development of a collaborative and high-performing team culture
- Represent the company at industry events
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 years of experience in bunker trading
- Solid understanding within the maritime and shipping industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English, both written and oral (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach
- Self-driven, eager to learn, and performance-oriented
