We are seeking a motivated and skilled Senior Trader to join our trading team. The ideal candidate has a proven background in the bunker industry, excels in client relationship management, and is committed to contributing to the growth of Dynamic Energy Supply. You are confident, resourceful, and a natural decision-maker with excellent project management skills.

Your Role

Conduct daily trading activities, negotiating and executing bunker deals efficiently
Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery
Secure short- and long-term contracts in various formats
Contribute to the growth and market presence of Dynamic Energy Supply
Uphold the highest standards of quality, reliability, and professionalism
Support the development of a collaborative and high-performing team culture
Represent the company at industry events

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of experience in bunker trading
Strong network within the maritime and shipping industry
Proven track record of successful trading and client relationship management
Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English (both written and oral); additional languages are a plus
Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
